Hopped and dry hopped with Loral (US), Hallertau Blanc (DE) and Ariana (DE).
The idea for this beer was to create something a little different than usual and in between ! We made a wheat IPA with 45% of wheat malt and we used mainly german hops to avoid to have something too much fruity/boozy. We combined Hallertau Blanc & Ariana with Loral to bring more floral notes.
Expected notes : Floral, resinous, earthy, citrus, stone fruit, spicy…
Finally we used the amazing & liquid yeast “SANDERS” from WHC which is an absolute banger !
