Appearance. Straw in color (3 SRM) with a slight haze likely from the fruit addition. Large, dense, white head with poor retention, typical of high-acidity styles. Highly effervescent with many rising bubbles.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, biting acidity. Very high carbonation creates a prickly, effervescent sensation on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is negligible despite the slightly elevated ABV for the style.
