Appearance. Deep amber to copper (12-14 SRM) with brilliant clarity and a sparkling, effervescent appearance. It supports a dense, long-lasting, rocky ivory head that leaves persistent Belgian lacing.
Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a complex blend of floral perfume (roses and violets) and dark berry notes (blackberries). These botanical elements are supported by fruity yeast esters reminiscent of pear and orange, alongside a moderate spicy phenolic character like black pepper.
