Nómada La Manchurita reimagines the Gose as a vibrant Margarita-inspired hybrid, blending traditional wheat beer with lime-infused kombucha. This refreshing fusion leads with an intense lime zest aroma, complemented by the unique, fruity esters of Manchurian kombucha cultures. The palate delivers a sharp, clean lactic acidity balanced by a distinct saline character that makes the mouth water. Subtle notes of oak and a whisper of smoke evoke the spirit of tequila, adding complexity to the bready malt base. It finishes bone-dry and effervescent, perfectly capturing the spirit of a nomadic fusion between German tradition and East Asian fermentation.

Appearance. 3–4 SRM. Turbid yellow color with a moderate to full haze. Moderate white head with light retention and tight bubbles.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh lime and citrus zest. Notable fruity and slightly earthy esters derived from kombucha fermentation. Low bready malt profile with subtle hints of toasted oak and a faint, clean smoke character.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply acidic and citrus-forward. Strong lime juice flavors are supported by a noticeable saline character that provides a mouthwatering quality. Very low hop bitterness. Nuanced notes of oak and a tequila-like smokiness emerge mid-palate. Finishes bone-dry and crisp with a lingering lactic tartness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation. Refreshing and tingly on the tongue due to the combination of acidity and salt. Very low alcohol warmth.
