This American IPA offers a bright, sensory-forward profile driven by a bold selection of American hops. It displays a pale, crystalline appearance topped by a resilient white head. The aroma is highly expressive, weaving together sharp citrus zest and lush tropical fruit notes with a subtle floral undertone. On the palate, the experience is intensely resinous and hop-saturated, supported by a clean, light grainy malt base. A firm, assertive bitterness defines the balance, leading into a crisp and notably dry finish. The light-to-medium body ensures high drinkability while maintaining the style’s signature hop-forward punch.
Appearance. Pale gold to medium gold (approx 6-8 SRM); brilliant clarity; medium-sized, white head with good persistence and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of grapefruit, tropical mango, and a distinct resinous pine, accompanied by a light floral quality. Very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the citrus and tropical aroma; low bready malt backbone. Medium-high bitterness that persists into the finish. Dry fermentation profile with a lingering, clean, hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth consistent with 6% ABV; no astringency.

Aroma a heno, grano de cereal, malta caramelizada, miel, pino, resina, hierba húmeda, pomelo.
Sabor a pino, hierba húmeda, ligeros cítricos, malta caramelizada, miel, toque anisado, pero amarga en su conjunto.
