Nómada Hanami
Nómada Hanami is an evocative India Pale Lager that reinterprets the German Pils style through a Japanese lens. It pours with a unique, deliberate cloudiness that defies tradition, releasing an intense bouquet where delicate cherry blossom and zesty yuzu citrus mingle with exotic late-hop notes of lychee and apricot. The palate is surprisingly dense, offering a more robust body than expected, balanced by the complex, spicy warmth of shichimi togarashi. This botanical depth transitions into a fresh, elegant, and persistent bitterness, resulting in a vibrant fusion of crisp lager fermentation and bold, floral-citrus aromatics.
Appearance. Deep gold color; notably cloudy and dense, breaking from the traditional brilliant clarity of the style. It is topped with a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity and complex. A vibrant collision of floral cherry blossoms and sharp yuzu citrus dominates. Distinct tropical notes of lychee and stone-fruit apricot from late hopping are layered over a clean, crackery malt base and the subtle, peppery spice of shichimi togarashi.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of citrus and floral petals followed by a light grainy malt sweetness.
