This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its 'Mango Madness' character. Highlighting Azacca and Idaho #7 hops, the beer offers an intense bouquet of ripe mango, pineapple, and apricot, complemented by subtle piney undertones. A neutral, bready malt foundation ensures the focus remains on the tropical hop expression. Taste. High hop flavor of ripe mango, peach, and citrus zest. Malt presence is low to moderate, providing a clean, cracker-like backbone. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated. Finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste that lacks any harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate to high. Overall alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated; no astringency present.
