This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a lush, tropical sensory experience centered on a saturated hop profile. Citra leads with bright grapefruit and zesty lime, while Mosaic introduces complex layers of blueberry and ripe mango. The experimental HBC 630 hop adds a distinctive signature of creamy peach and sweet raspberry, deepening the beer's 'juicy' character. Supported by a soft, bready malt backbone, the aromatic intensity is matched by a silky, pillowy texture. It balances a high fruit-ester profile with a restrained bitterness, ensuring the finish is smooth and fruit-forward rather than sharp, embodying the modern New England-style approach.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a brilliant, opaque haze and a characteristic luminous shine. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves substantial lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring mango, passionfruit, and candied citrus. Subtle notes of berry and stone fruit emerge alongside a low, neutral, grainy-sweet malt presence. Fermentation character is clean with supportive fruity esters; no diacetyl or hop-derived grassiness.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit punch and citrus. The malt flavor is low, providing a light doughy foundation. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough structure to balance the soft, off-dry finish. The aftertaste is long and fruit-saturated without any harshness or astringency.
