This modern Saison presents a vibrant sensory interplay between traditional rustic yeast character and contemporary hop aromatics. The signature Belgian farmhouse profile offers a foundation of cracked black pepper and pome fruit esters, which are elevated by an expressive dry-hop addition. The use of Cashmere hops introduces nuanced layers of lemon zest, ripe melon, and a subtle coconut creaminess, while El Dorado hops contribute punchy tropical notes of candied pineapple and stone fruit. At 6.3% ABV, the beer maintains a lean, grainy malt structure that finishes remarkably dry and effervescent, ensuring the complex fruit and spice elements remain bright and refreshing.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (6-8 SRM); voluminous, rocky white head with exceptional retention and intricate Belgian lacing; hazy to opaque due to significant dry-hopping.
