This New Zealand NEIPA presents a vibrant, tropical sensory profile driven by a trio of Southern Hemisphere hops. Motueka leads the charge with bright lime zest and mojito-like citrus, while Rakau adds layers of ripe stone fruit and apricot. Wakatu rounds out the bouquet with subtle floral notes and further lime-like intensity. At 6.7% ABV, the beer maintains a soft, pillowy texture characteristic of the hazy style, supported by a discreet, grainy malt base. The finish is remarkably smooth, favoring juice-like fruit saturation over sharp bitterness, resulting in a refreshing and highly aromatic Southern Hemisphere hop showcase.

Appearance. Hazy to opaque medium gold (SRM 5-7). Features a dense, creamy, off-white head with excellent persistence and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh lime, tropical passionfruit, and stone fruit like apricot. Low, clean, bready malt support. Fermentation esters are moderate and pear-like, blending seamlessly with the New World hop character.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus and stone fruit. Motueka provides a distinct lime character, complemented by Rakau’s fleshy peach and Wakatu’s floral-citrus notes. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a supportive backbone. Bitterness is moderate but soft, leading to a juicy, semi-dry finish with a lingering tropical and citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and lush texture. Moderate carbonation. No astringency; a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
