Noiseless

This American IPA exhibits the striking clarity and lean, crisp profile characteristic of the Cold IPA style. The aroma is dominated by a vibrant, multi-layered hop bouquet featuring the floral citrus of Centennial, the deep berry and tropical mango notes of Mosaic, and the sweet, candy-like pineapple and stone fruit of El Dorado. A neutral, cracker-like malt backbone remains restrained, allowing the hops to resonate. The palate is intensely crisp and bone-dry, with a sharp bitterness that cleanses the tongue. It finishes exceptionally clean with a lingering resinous pine and tropical fruit aftertaste, embodying a modern, ultra-refreshing hop showcase.

Appearance. Pale gold (5-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Large, dense white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, mango, and lemon peel. Secondary notes of blueberry, floral blossoms, and a hint of resinous pine. Very low, clean, grainy maltiness. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean and neutral.

Taste. High hop flavor of tropical fruit, citrus pith, and earthy pine. Initial impression is sharp and dry. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a minimal foundation. Medium-high bitterness is firm but lacks harshness. The finish is bone-dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a snappy, crisp texture. High carbonation creates a lively prickle on the tongue. Smooth, very subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency.
