This Double IPA presents a lush, modern sensory profile driven by a sophisticated blend of Barbe Rouge, Loral, and Galaxy hops. The experience opens with a vibrant bouquet of ripe strawberries and raspberries, accented by delicate floral notes and a sharp citrus edge. On the palate, the hop intensity surges with tropical layers of passionfruit and peach, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone that tempers the bitterness. While structurally robust, it remains remarkably drinkable, finishing with a lingering fruit essence and a clean, gentle warmth that highlights its strength without overwhelming the delicate berry and herbal nuances.

Appearance. 4–7 SRM. Pale gold to light orange. Opaque, heavy haze consistent with the style. Dense, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant red fruit notes of strawberry and currant from the Barbe Rouge hops are layered over tropical passionfruit and citrus from the Galaxy. Subtle floral and herbal undertones from Loral provide complexity. Low, bready-sweet malt aroma in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and berry flavors. Mid-palate reveals soft peach and citrus zest. Moderate bitterness provides balance without being harsh. Malt character is neutral and supportive, reminiscent of fresh flour. Finish is medium-dry with a lingering tropical hop resin and berry aftertaste.
