This modern Cream Ale offers a crisp, refreshing profile with a unique twist provided by the use of Kveik yeast. Pale straw and brilliant in clarity, the beer presents a delicate balance of sweet, corn-like malt and a subtle, clean orchard fruitiness. Magnum hops provide a clean, restrained bitterness that anchors the neutral malt backbone, while Columbus adds a faint, earthy complexity to the aroma. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and effervescent, typical of the style but bolstered by a slightly higher ABV. It finishes dry and thirst-quenching, showcasing a harmonious blend of traditional American lawnmower beer traits and contemporary fermentation character.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3 SRM). Brilliant, sparkling clarity with high effervescence. Forms a medium-low white head with moderate retention and fine lacing.
