This modern hazy American Pale Ale presents a lush, tropical profile anchored by a smooth Pilsner malt base and a heavy addition of oats. Utilizing reduced whirlpool temperatures, the Citra hops deliver bright citrus oils, while double dry-hop additions of Mosaic and Galaxy impart a deep, resinous complexity that evolves as the beer warms. Late-harvest Strata adds a sophisticated finish, layering notes of juicy passion fruit and sun-ripened strawberry against a dank, cannabis-like undertone. The result is a vibrant, medium-bodied ale that balances intense New World hop character with a soft, pillowy texture and a clean finish.
Appearance. Pale gold (5–6 SRM) with a persistent, dense white head and a characteristic hazy appearance. Excellent head retention and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant passion fruit, strawberry, and bright citrus. Subtle resinous and herbal-dank notes are present. Low, clean, bready-grainy malt character supports the hops; fermentation is neutral with no distracting esters.
