It offers an aromatic bouquet of wildflowers and citrusy orange, punctuated by the classic spice of coriander and aromatic peppers. The use of unmalted wheat delivers a characteristic hazy golden appearance and a soft, bready foundation. While initially soft and sweet on the palate, the beer is expertly balanced by a slight acidity and lively carbonation. Appearance. Deep yellow to golden (4-6 SRM); very cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow shine from unmalted wheat; dense, white, creamy, moussy head with excellent retention.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; bready, grainy wheat malt with hints of honey; perfumy-lemony coriander, zesty orange peel, and floral wildflower notes; background of peppery spice and Belgian yeast phenolics; hop aroma is typically absent.

Taste. Initial impression is soft and bready with a touch of honeyed sweetness; zesty orange and lemony coriander follow; low hop bitterness supports the refreshing character without harshness; slight lactic acidity adds crispness; finishes dry and refreshing with a lingering spicy-citrus aftertaste.
