Eclipsosaurus is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a celestial intensity through its focused hop profile. It pours with a characteristic luminous opacity, offering a sensory journey dominated by bright waves of fresh citrus and ripe melon. The aromatic profile is high-intensity, leaning into tropical and orchard fruit notes without the interference of harsh bitterness. On the palate, the soft, pillowy body supports a complex interplay of juicy fruit flavors and a gentle, bready malt backbone. Finely tuned to 7.2% ABV, it provides a subtle, well-integrated warmth that enhances the velvety mouthfeel, concluding with a smooth, fruit-forward finish that avoids any lingering astringency.
Appearance. Straw to light amber with a characteristic luminous opacity and a soft glow. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and substantial lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring fresh citrus zest and ripe melon, supported by tropical fruit and stone fruit esters. Malt is low and bready, serving as a neutral background to the massive hop presence.
Taste. High hop flavor of sweet melon and bright citrus. Bitterness is restrained and smooth, providing balance without sharpness. Low bready malt flavor supports the hops through to an off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
