This crisp American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by a punchy duo of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops. On the nose, a bright burst of white wine grapes and crushed gooseberries from the Nelson Sauvin leads into Mosaic-driven notes of ripe blueberries and tropical papaya. The palate follows suit with a clean, light malt backbone that allows the complex hop character to remain the focus, offering a refreshing citrus zest and a hint of resinous pine. Despite its sessionable strength, it maintains a firm bitterness and a bone-dry, lingering finish that invites another sip, emphasizing its highly drinkable nature.

Appearance. Pale gold to medium gold (4-6 SRM). Topped with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing. Brilliantly clear with visible carbonation.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring white wine grapes, gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit. Secondary layers of blueberry and faint grapefruit pith. Low malt character presents as a clean, crackery sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no discernible esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of tropical fruit and citrus bolstered by a distinct white-grape character. Medium-high bitterness is clean and sharp. Low malt flavor provides a light, bready support without sweetness. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering hop resin and citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation providing a lively, scrubbing sensation on the palate. No perceived alcohol warmth. Very low astringency.
