This vibrant American IPA showcases a sophisticated blend of Azacca, Chinook, Cascade, and Nelson Sauvin hops, delivering a punchy sensory profile that belies its approachable 5% ABV. A bright bouquet of tropical pineapple and mango from the Azacca melds with the classic grapefruit and pine resin characteristic of Cascade and Chinook. The addition of Nelson introduces a distinct crushed white grape and gooseberry nuance. Supported by a lean, bready malt backbone, the experience concludes with a firm, drying bitterness and a clean fermentation profile, making for a refreshingly crisp and aromatic modern pale ale.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (7 SRM). Crystal clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop aroma intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit (pineapple), citrus (grapefruit), and a resinous pine needles. Distinctive notes of white wine and gooseberry are present. Low, clean, bready maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.

Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of mango, grapefruit pith, and damp pine. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a light foundation. Medium-high hop bitterness is firm and clean without being harsh. The finish is dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest and white grape.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high. No detectable alcohol warmth, consistent with its 5% ABV. Very low astringency.
