This American IPA delivers a bright and refreshing sensory profile characterized by a clean fermentation and a hop-forward lean. Appearance. Medium gold with a slight haze and a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, grapefruit, and citrus zest. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the fruit-forward presentation with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of fresh grapefruit and tropical pineapple. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a brief balance before a firm, medium-high bitterness takes over. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, clean citrus bitterness and light toasted malt in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a refreshing bite without harshness. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
