This West Coast IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its assertive hop-forward nature. It pours with a classic American IPA brilliance, releasing intense aromas of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and a hint of floral spice. The palate is led by a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through a lean, bready malt backbone, providing a crisp and structural foundation for the hops to shine. A dry finish accentuates the hop oils, leaving a lingering citrus pith aftertaste. At 5.5% ABV, it balances accessibility with a punchy, resinous character, maintaining a refreshing and highly drinkable quality without excessive malt sweetness.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head that shows excellent persistence and leaves fine lacing on the glass.
