Imperial Stout brewed with barley, hops, yeast and water – none of the super-sweet adjuncts that Omnipollo are famous for – and yet it provided a full mouthfeel and a huge amount of flavour.
Newbarns say “Henok from Omnipollo came up here a few months ago to brew, and we decided to draw inspiration from both our Plain Dark Beer and their big and mad imperial pastry stouts. The result is a big, thick imperial “pastry” stout, but with no pastry. Hence, we call it a zero adjunct pastry stout.”
