New Park Brewing’s Little Cloud is a remarkably crushable American IPA that balances high drinkability with a sophisticated sensory profile. Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Topped with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a slight haze due to the high protein content from the flaked grains.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant floral jasmine and citrusy lemon peel. Subtle grainy-sweet malt character from the pilsner base with an underlying herbal note reminiscent of white tea. Very clean fermentation profile.
