This bold American IPA captures the essence of the West Coast style with a vibrant hop profile led by Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus. A brilliant gold pour yields intense aromas of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and tropical mango. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt backbone provides just enough support for the assertive, sharp bitterness that defines the style. Citra provides bright citrus notes, while Mosaic adds layers of stone fruit and berry, rounded out by the dank, earthy pungency of Columbus. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, resinous trail of hop oils and a subtle, clean alcoholic warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold color (7 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, long-lasting white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring grapefruit, lime, and mango from Citra and Mosaic, accented by the pungent pine and resinous earthiness of Columbus. A low, clean, grainy malt sweetness sits in the background with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Dominant hop-forward impression with sharp citrus, tropical fruit, and dank resin. A medium-high bitterness leads into a very dry finish. Low pale malt flavors of cracker and light toast provide a supportive foundation. The aftertaste is long and bitter with lingering hop oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Medium-high carbonation. A noticeable, smooth alcoholic warmth is present, commensurate with the strength, without any harsh astringency.
