This Cold IPA presents a lean, ultra-crisp profile designed to showcase vibrant Southern Hemisphere hops. The inclusion of Hokkaido rice and Jasmine rice creates a neutral, bone-dry canvas that strips away malt weight, allowing the Kohai and Galaxy hops to deliver intense, unadulterated layers of papaya, kiwi, and mixed berry. Bridging the gap between a modern American IPA and a clean, lager-like fermentation, it offers high drinkability with a sharp, refreshing finish. The sensory experience is defined by this impeccable balance, where the delicate floral notes of the rice grain bill support a bold, tropical fruit-forward hop intensity without any lingering sweetness.
