The aromatic profile is dominated by sun-drenched peaches, offering a juicy, stone-fruit sweetness that contrasts with a clean, lactic tang. This "frozen yoghurt" character manifests as a smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel and a bright, tangy acidity that keeps the palate lively. Despite the low alcohol, the flavor is intensely fruity and expressive, evoking the classic Peach Melba. A light underlying wild fermentation character provides depth, while the finish is crisp, tart, and immensely drinkable, making it a quintessentially refreshing summer sour.

Appearance. Pale gold with a soft orange, peach-colored tint (4–6 SRM). Hazy to opaque due to significant fruit additions. Moderate white head with fair retention and slight lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, ripe peaches. Moderate lactic sourness provides a tangy, yoghurt-like scent. Low doughy malt presence. Clean fermentation profile with very light wild funk and no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy peach flesh. Malt flavor is low and cracker-like. Hop bitterness is negligible, allowing the bright acidity to lead. Fermentation character is clean and lactic, balanced by the fruit's perceived sweetness. The finish is off-dry and crisp with a lingering, tart stone-fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a silkiness that mimics a creamy yoghurt texture. Carbonation is high and effervescent. No alcohol warmth. Low astringency.
