Despite its winter release, it radiates a vibrant, tropical hop character, bursting with notes of succulent mango, passionfruit, and crushed pineapple. At 4.8% ABV, the beer prioritizes accessibility, intentionally dialing back the traditional bitterness to allow the lush, fruit-forward aromatics to lead. A soft, grainy malt backbone provides just enough structure to support the hop intensity, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish that emphasizes bright, New World hop flavors over resinous bite or malt sweetness.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale golden color (approx. 6 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and light lacing.

We take risks and explore the progression of traditional styles to create increasingly forward thinking, great tasting beers.
From Citrus soaked session beers, Mango and Coconut IPAs and blow torched brown sugar and coffee infused stouts; we are proud to brew modern, award winning ales that never compromise on freshness or flavour.
