Spending 14 months in oak and four additional months on whole local cherries and blackcurrants, it presents a complex profile where the fruit remains the protagonist. The nose is dominated by vibrant blackcurrant and earthy Brettanomyces funk, indicative of its 2021 bottling. On the palate, the cherries provide a bright, mildly tart foundation that transitions into a bone-dry finish. Subtle traces of vanilla and cinnamon emerge from the extended wood contact, perfectly complementing the rustic, barnyard nuances of the aged Brett strains.

Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet with distinct purple highlights; clear to slightly hazy; fine-beaded, light pink head with moderate retention and delicate lacing.
