Appearance. Deep golden with distinct orange highlights (5–7 SRM). Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing; slightly hazy appearance due to the extensive fruit maceration and wild yeast presence.

Taste. Initial impression is bright and acidic with an immediate wave of tart sea buckthorn flavor reminiscent of sour orange and pineapple. Malt flavor is very low, providing a crisp, neutral background. Fermentation character dominates with aged Brett funk and fruity esters. The finish is bone-dry and lingering, characterized by fruit skin tannins and a subtle woody astringency.
