Appearance. Deep black and opaque in the glass with ruby highlights at the edges; features a persistent, creamy tan head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent grapefruit, pineapple, and ripe peach notes from Mosaic hops, followed by the spicy, blackcurrant character of Bullion. Low malt aromatics of dark chocolate and toasted bread provide a subtle background.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with mango and citrus flavors. Medium-high bitterness is firm but smooth, supported by light roasted malt flavors of cocoa and cold-brew coffee without ashiness. The finish is notably dry and clean, featuring a lingering resinous and spicy hop aftertaste.
