This Hazy IPA presents an explosion of tropical and stone fruit, driven by a heavy-handed addition of HBC 630 and Cryo Pop hops. The aroma leads with intense notes of sweet raspberry, ripe peach, and candied pineapple, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the fruit profile deepens into layers of mango and red berries, with the Cryo Pop blend providing a vibrant, saturated burst of citrus brightness and stone fruit. It finishes with a delicate, low bitterness and a silky, pillowy texture that highlights the juicy hop oils. The integration of specialty hops ensures a complex, fruit-punch-like character that defines this modern, refreshing Hazy IPA.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 3-5). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring raspberry, cherry, and peach from the HBC 630, combined with tropical pineapple and citrus from the Cryo Pop blend. Background malt is neutral, clean, and bready. Esters are moderate and fruity, complementing the hop profile.

Taste. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-saturated. Dominant flavors of tropical mango, peach, and red berries. Low to medium-low malt flavor, appearing as light bread or grain. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough balance without any harshness or resin. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium to medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and cream-like on the tongue with no astringency and very low alcohol warmth.
