This Triple Hazy Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a potent combination of Mosaic and Citra hops. The aroma is dominated by saturated notes of tropical mango, blueberry, and bright grapefruit. On the palate, the high-alpha hop oils provide a complex layer of crushed pineapple and citrus zest over a soft, supportive grain-forward malt base. Despite its 8.5% strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a smooth, velvety texture characteristic of the hazy sub-style. The finish is remarkably clean with a lingering resinous pine and citrus oil presence that balances the substantial body and soft malt profile.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; opaque with a heavy haze. Topped by a dense, creamy, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit), stone fruit (peach), and citrus (tangerine, grapefruit) from the Mosaic and Citra additions. Background notes of blueberry and melon are supported by a neutral, bready malt character. Clean fermentation profile with a very subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Dominant hop flavors mirror the aroma, showing intense tropical fruit and bright citrus. Bitterness is firm but smooth, avoiding harshness. The malt provides a soft, bready cushion without caramel sweetness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of citrus rind and resin. Light, well-integrated alcohol flavor adds depth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a gentle, warming alcohol presence that is well-integrated and never solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
