This American Pale Ale, a collaboration between Nepomucen and Chopper Bar, highlights a vibrant and aromatic profile driven by a unique blend of New Zealand hops. It opens with a sensory burst of tropical fruit, lime zest, and subtle white grape, characteristic of Southern Hemisphere varieties. The profile is underpinned by a lean, neutral grainy malt base that provides structure while ensuring high drinkability.
