This Double IPA is a vibrant fruit salad of sensory intensity, delivering a layered profile of tropical passion fruit, ripe mango, and zesty citrus. A collaborative effort featuring Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7, Strata, and Mosaic hops, the beer showcases the clean piney depth of Simcoe Cryo alongside the complex berry and stone fruit nuances of Mosaic and Idaho 7. Supported by a soft, structural grain bill of oats and wheat, the 8% ABV is seamlessly integrated. The experience is punchy and aromatic, balancing its hop-forward character with a firm, drying bitterness that maintains high drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (SRM 6-10). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a slight haze due to the inclusion of oats and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruits, pineapple, and citrus zest. Distinctive notes of passion fruit and pine are present. The malt character is clean and supportive, offering light grainy and bready notes from the wheat, with a neutral fermentation profile and a hint of clean alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and stone fruit hop flavors. Moderately high bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking any harshness. The malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft, unobtrusive bready base that allows the hops to dominate. It finishes dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, somewhat creamy texture from the oat and wheat additions. Medium carbonation. Restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present at 8% ABV without being solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
