This Medium Dry English Cider delivers an elegant sensory experience rooted in traditional orchard craftsmanship. It opens with an inviting aroma of fresh harvest apples, accented by subtle earthy undertones and faint floral esters typical of traditional fermentation. The palate is defined by a crisp, clean apple profile that balances a light initial sweetness with a refined, drying finish. Gentle tannins provide a sophisticated structural grip without becoming harsh, while a bright acidity ensures the profile remains refreshing and lively. At 4.6% ABV, it is a quintessential sessionable cider that emphasizes fruit purity and a balanced, parching character.
Appearance. Pale straw to deep gold (3–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with high effervescence. A thin white head forms initially but dissipates rapidly to a light ring around the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity of ripe, culinary and bittersweet apples. Subtle earthy and spicy phenolic notes provide depth, complemented by low yeast-derived esters of pear and floral blossoms. Clean fermentation profile with no acetic or buttery notes.
