Naparbier Tropical Summer is a vibrant Micro IPA that captures the essence of sunshine in a glass. This collaboration with Wylie Brewery emphasizes a bright hop profile featuring El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Amarillo. The El Dorado drives notes of candied pineapple and stone fruit, while Idaho 7 adds layers of red fruit and a subtle resinous pine. Amarillo rounds out the experience with a signature zesty orange and floral lift. Despite its low alcohol content, it maintains a classic American IPA structure with a clean, grainy malt backbone and a crisp, refreshing finish perfect for hot weather.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity; features a moderate, frothy white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing tropical fruit, apricot, and watermelon from El Dorado, complemented by the citrusy orange peel of Amarillo and a slight piney edge from Idaho 7. Malt is low and clean, providing a faint cracker-like background.

Taste. Hop-forward flavors of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit zest dominate. The bitterness is moderate-high and clean, leading into a very dry, crisp finish. Low grainy malt flavors provide just enough support to prevent the hop character from becoming harsh.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing, crisp prickle on the tongue with zero alcohol warmth.
