Naparbier Smile is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the modern juicy profile. Utilizing a heavy addition of oats, it achieves a signature opaque shine and a velvety creaminess while maintaining a surprisingly approachable and drinkable body. The aromatic profile is dominated by the interplay of Citra and CRYO Sabro hops, delivering a complex bouquet of bright citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, Citra provides a zesty citrus character with a subtle spicy edge, while the CRYO Sabro introduces a distinct, paradise-evoking hint of coconut. The finish is soft and fruit-forward, balancing restrained bitterness with a clean, grainy malt backbone.

Appearance. Straw to light orange color (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous quality. Pours with a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Prominent notes of tropical fruit, tangerine, and grapefruit from the Citra hops, complemented by a unique creamy coconut and tropical quality from the CRYO Sabro. Malt is subtle, providing a soft bready and grainy character in the background. Clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of lemon zest, lime, and ripe mango. The Sabro hops contribute a delicate coconut and tropical cream flavor. Bitterness is low to moderate, effectively masked by the soft water profile and flaked grain addition. Malt flavor is low, presenting as simple white bread. The finish is off-dry and smooth, avoiding any hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a pillowy, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. It possesses a notable creaminess derived from the heavy oat content without feeling heavy or syrupy. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No raw starch texture.

Sensory Profile.
