The malt base provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the intense fruitiness without intruding. At 6% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally approachable, balancing a smooth, velvety texture with a restrained bitterness that lets the hop oils shine. A clean fermentation allows the lush stone fruit and citrus aromatics to dominate the sensory experience from the first pour to the soft, off-dry finish.
Appearance. Color is a golden 4 SRM. Hazy and nearly opaque with a luminous shine; no visible particulates. Large, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango and papaya from Mosaic and Ekuanot, alongside bright lime and grapefruit from Citra. Centennial provides a floral and citrus-peel counterpoint. Malt is neutral and lightly bready in the background; no caramel or toast character. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High hop flavor of pineapple, berry, and lemon zest. Initial impression is soft and juicy. Malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, supporting the hops without competing. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that remains smooth and never sharp. Finishes off-dry and clean with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Medium carbonation. Smooth and devoid of harshness or astringency. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated.
