Ritual is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the interplay between Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops against a substantial grain bill of malt and flaked oats. It opens with an intense, juicy aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruits, and candied orange, underscored by a resinous touch of pine. On the palate, the initial impression of sweetness from the oats and malt is quickly countered by a firm, balanced bitterness. This transition leads to a refreshing finish dominated by strong grapefruit notes and a subtle, integrated alcohol warmth, leaving a clean yet fruit-forward sensation that invites another sip.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics led by the complex hop profile: bright Citra citrus, Mosaic tropical fruit, and Simcoe signature pine and grapefruit. Background notes of candied orange and bready malt provide support, while the fermentation is clean with light estery fruitiness.
