Naparbier’s Rise Up redefines the Gose style as a vibrant, high-gravity fruit revolution. This Imperial Gose pours with a thick, smoothie-like consistency driven by a massive addition of Mango and Passion Fruit. The aroma is an intense tropical bouquet where the lush, nectar-like sweetness of Mango meets the sharp, tangy brightness of Passion Fruit. On the palate, milk sugar adds a creamy, velvet-like weight that softens the lactic tartness, creating a dessert-like profile reminiscent of a fruit batido. Despite its 7% ABV and rich body, a delicate salinity and crisp acidity provide a refreshing counterpoint, leading to a lingering, fruit-forward finish.

Appearance. Opaque and deep orange-yellow, resembling fresh fruit juice; SRM 5-6. Features a dense, creamy white head with moderate retention and thick lacing that clings to the glass.

Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit explosion. Dominant scents of ripe Mango and zesty Passion Fruit over a light bready wheat malt base. Clean, lemony lactic sourness is present with a very faint hint of sea salt. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is sweet and succulent with heavy Mango and creamy milk sugar. This is quickly balanced by a sharp, tangy Passion Fruit acidity and a doughy malt character. Hop bitterness is nearly imperceptible, allowing the lactic sourness and fruit to drive the balance. The finish is long and fruit-heavy with a slight mouthwatering salinity and a refreshing tartness.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a smoothie-like texture due to lactose and fruit solids. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing an effervescent lift to the heavy body. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth.
