Naparbier Napar Hefeweizen

Weizen-Weissbier 5.7 º 25 IBU
This Hefeweizen from Naparbier balances traditional Bavarian roots with a subtle modern hop influence. It opens with an expressive fermentation profile of ripe banana and spicy clove, supported by a backbone of soft, bready wheat and grainy Pilsner malt. While the base stays true to the Weissbier style, a distinct but elegant hop presence adds a layer of herbal and floral complexity that sets it apart from more conventional examples. The finish is remarkably clean and spritzy, driven by high carbonation that lifts the creamy, fluffy texture, making for a refreshing yet characterful take on a classic wheat ale.
Appearance. Pale gold (4-5 SRM). Crowned by a massive, moussy, long-lasting white head with dense lacing. Notably hazy with a characteristic yeast-and-wheat sheen.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Strong esters of ripe banana and phenols of spicy clove are well-balanced. Underlying malt notes of bready, doughy wheat and sweet grain. A light floral and herbal hop presence is more noticeable than in traditional examples but remains integrated.
Taste. Initial impression is a harmonious blend of soft wheat and yeast-driven fruitiness. Moderate banana and clove flavors lead, supported by a bready, grainy malt sweetness. Bitterness is low to moderately low, but the brewer's characteristic hop touch provides a subtle herbal finish. The balance is slightly toward the yeast, ending with a dry, refreshing, and clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation provides a spritzy, effervescent sensation on the tongue. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
