Little Bitty is a vibrant Double IPA that leans into the New England tradition with its characteristic haziness and velvety texture. The hop profile is dominated by a lush selection from Crosby Farms, featuring the citrus-forward brightness of Amarillo, the resinous, dank complexity of Columbus, and the saturated tropical fruit and stone fruit notes of Idaho 7. A specialized American yeast strain amplifies these esters, creating a profile bursting with mango and apricot. At 8% ABV, the beer maintains a smooth, integrated warmth that supports a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a balanced bitterness, ensuring a highly drinkable yet impactful experience.

Appearance. Pale straw to deep gold (SRM 4-7); opaque, hazy appearance consistent with the New England style. Features a thick, long-lasting off-white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Prominent notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and apricot from Idaho 7 blend with citrus zest and floral highlights from Amarillo. A background of resinous pine and subtle herbal dankness from Columbus provides depth. Malt is low and bready, while the yeast contributes significant fruity esters.

Taste. Bold tropical fruit flavors lead the palate, followed by orange marmalade and a touch of grapefruit. The malt character is soft and supportive, reminiscent of light crackers or dough. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, lacking the sharp bite of traditional West Coast versions. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no harsh hop-derived astringency.

Es una cerveza turbia lupulada con potentes cargas de lúpulos seleccionados de Crosby Farms, concretamente de Amarillo, Columbus e Idaho 7. También han usado una nueva levadura comúnmente utilizada por muchas cerveceras americanas. Con Little Bitty se alejan de otros perfiles puramente tropicales o cítricos abriendo la puerta del sótano a otros olores y sabores.
