This New England Session IPA presents a vibrant tropical bouquet driven by a strategic blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Motueka hops. The sensory experience opens with an intense wave of lime zest and passionfruit, supported by delicate stone fruit esters from the London Fog yeast. A complex grist of Pilsner malt, oats, wheat, and rice flakes creates a soft, pillowy foundation that carries the hop oils across the palate without heavy bitterness. The finish is remarkably clean and refreshing, making it an approachable yet characterful example of the American IPA style that balances bright citrus notes with a smooth, hazy texture.

Appearance. Straw to medium gold (4-6 SRM). Persistent haze ranging from slight to opaque. Medium-sized, creamy white head with excellent persistence and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent lime, grapefruit, and tropical passionfruit. Subtle pine and resinous undertones are present. Low, bready, and grainy malt sweetness with light fruity esters of peach and pear from the fermentation.

Taste. Hop-forward with flavors of fresh lime, mango, and a hint of earthy pine. Low to medium-low grainy maltiness providing a neutral backdrop. Bitterness is moderate but smooth, lacking the harshness of traditional examples. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a noticeably smooth, creamy texture derived from the oat and wheat flakes. Moderate carbonation. Smooth finish with no perceived alcoholic warmth or astringency.
