This lush Double IPA presents a decadent, tropical sensory experience, merging the high-intensity aromatics of Sorachi Ace hops with the rich, creamy additions of coconut and lactose. The hop profile offers distinctive notes of lemongrass and lemon zest, which are smoothed over by the velvety, sweet character of the toasted coconut. At 8% ABV, it carries a noticeable but well-integrated warmth. The "Smoothie" influence transforms the traditional bitterness into a softer, dessert-like profile, where herbal hop nuances dance against a full-bodied, silky backdrop of sweet cream and exotic fruit.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange color with an opaque, hazy appearance. Topped by a dense, creamy white head with excellent persistence and thick lacing.
