This anniversary Hazy IPA bridges eras by blending classic and contemporary hop varieties into a saturated, golden pour. Simcoe drives the sensory experience with its distinctive floral notes and subtle pine, while Loral adds a noble-influenced layer of herbal tea and bright citrus. The addition of Idaho 7 provides a tropical surge of mango and pineapple, creating a juicy core. A soft, grainy malt foundation ensures the hop-derived fruitiness remains the focus, leading to a smooth, non-harsh finish. The result is a balanced, modern interpretation that emphasizes aromatic depth, fruit complexity, and a creamy, approachable mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM) with a deep, uniform haze that provides a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical mango and pineapple, citrus zest, and a distinct herbal, floral quality. Faint pine and earthy notes from Simcoe and Loral emerge as it warms. Malt is neutral and bready in the background with no caramel or toast.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus oil. High hop flavor follows the aroma with pineapple, lemon, and a subtle herbal-floral mid-palate. Bitterness is low-medium and exceptionally soft, never sharp. Finishes off-dry and juicy with a clean, lingering fruit aftertaste and supportive, grainy malt character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. No astringency or harsh hop bite. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
