Naparbier Baztan is an evocative Munich Helles inspired by the rustic Kellerbiers of Franconia. This golden, unfiltered lager presents a characteristically hazy appearance, a result of its unpasteurized nature and extended cold maturation in horizontal tanks. The sensory profile is headlined by a moderate grainy-sweet malt aroma, reminiscent of fresh cereal, complemented by the delicate spicy and herbal notes of noble hops. On the palate, it delivers a rounded, medium-full body that belies its sessionable strength, balancing a soft malt sweetness with a pleasantly bitter, dry finish. It remains exceptionally clean and drinkable, capturing the soulful, textured character of a traditional German cellar beer.
