This pale, hazy wheat beer leads with a prominent fermentation profile, featuring unmistakable notes of ripe banana and spicy clove. The grist, utilizing significant amounts of wheat and Pilsner malt, provides a foundational bready and doughy character that supports the yeast-driven aromatics. Aroma. Moderate to strong intensity featuring a classic balance of banana esters and spicy clove phenols. Supporting notes of bready, grainy wheat and a hint of sweet Pilsner malt. Hop aroma is absent.
Taste. Initial impression is soft and bready with wheat-led graininess. Flavors of banana and clove are moderately strong and well-integrated.
