Naparbier 12 is a vibrant Hazy IPA celebrating twelve years of brewing, utilizing a base of Pilsner malt and oats to create a supple, creamy foundation. Fermented with London Fog yeast, the profile is intensely fruity, driven by a massive dry-hop addition. The Citra and Mosaic hops deliver a tropical explosion of mango and pineapple, while Amarillo and Idaho 7 CRYO provide bright citrus zest and stone fruit complexity. Cascade adds a subtle earthy and floral counterpoint. This lush sensory experience remains soft on the palate, offering a restrained bitterness and a juicy finish that highlights the brewer’s celebratory intent.
