This collaborative Hazy Double IPA showcases a vibrant synergy between Mosaic and Simcoe hops, delivering a quintessential New York-style sensory experience. The 8% ABV provides a sturdy backbone for an explosion of tropical mango and blueberry from the Mosaic, while Simcoe introduces refreshing layers of bright citrus and a distinct piney resin. Its character is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries intense hop saturation across the palate. This Double IPA balances high hop intensity with a restrained bitterness, finishing with a lingering fruit-forward resonance and a clean, warming glow that reflects its strength without being harsh.

Appearance. Opaque, pale gold to light orange (SRM 5-7) with a dense, creamy, and persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring tropical mango, blueberry, and passionfruit from Mosaic, complemented by Simcoe's bright grapefruit and resinous pine. Low, neutral, grainy malt presence in the background.

Taste. Initial impression of ripe tropical fruit and citrus oils. Mosaic contributes complex berry and stone fruit notes, while Simcoe adds a sharp, clean pine and citrus peel finish. Moderately firm bitterness is present but remains smooth and non-astringent. Support comes from a soft, neutral malt character with a medium-dry finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, creamy body with a soft, rounded texture typical of the hazy style. Moderate carbonation. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable.
