This collaborative Weizenbock presents an inviting fusion of traditional German wheat character and elevated bock-strength richness. On the nose, intense bready malt and grainy wheat notes intertwine with classic fermentation aromas of ripe banana and spicy clove. The palate is defined by a deep, malty core featuring hints of toasted crust and dark fruits like plums and raisins, reminiscent of a dark Doppelbock. Despite its 7.8% strength, the alcohol remains smooth and supportive, leading to a surprisingly clean, lingering finish. A fluffy, full-bodied mouthfeel completes this complex profile, balancing sweetness with vibrant carbonation and subtle spicy phenols.

Appearance. Dark ruby-brown color (18-25 SRM) with a significant haze from wheat and yeast. Topped by a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting light tan head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity malty richness with a significant bready and grainy wheat character. Prominent yeast-derived aromas of ripe banana and spicy clove are balanced by dark fruit esters of plum and raisin. Alcohol is subtle and well-integrated; no hop aroma is present.

Taste. Initial impression is richly malty and bready with toasted grain notes. The flavor profile features moderate banana and clove yeast character alongside dark fruit notes of prune and grape. Bitterness is low, allowing for a slightly sweet palate impression that transitions into a dry, clean finish. No hop flavor is perceived.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a fluffy sensation on the tongue. Mild alcohol warmth is present but remains well-integrated without being solventy.
