Appearance. Luminous straw to light amber with a deep, opaque haze that gives the liquid a characteristic shine. It supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity hop-forward bouquet dominated by stone fruit and citrus. Prominent aromas of fresh peach and orange marmalade are supported by zesty lemon notes. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence remains in the background, free of any caramel or toasted characters.
Taste. Explodes with fruity hop flavors of peach, lemon curd, and bitter orange marmalade. The malt provides a neutral, bready foundation that allows the Rakau and Idaho 7 character to shine. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated, leading to a smooth, off-dry finish without any hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silky, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift to the soft palate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 6.8% ABV, without any astringency.
